One of my favorite hashtags online is #chasinglight. It's in this hashtag that I find other interpretations of this saying. There isn't an exact definition, but to me it's defined as the nostalgic contrast between light and shadow. It's when the sunlight filters through blinds and windows creating the perfect lighting for photography.

These photos were taken at my favorite pizza place, Nick's Pizza. They have these beautiful, wide windows that let in the perfect amount of sunlight, especially during sunset.

Late last summer: I remember the hazy, humid days spent under the sun and the way the sun slowly descended--creating the most beautiful sunsets of purple, pink and orange.
